Our 147cm (depth, excluding canopy) x 208cm (width, excluding roof eaves) Double Storey wooden playhouse by Mercia is just adorable! It's larger than the average playhouse and has a substantial loft area, providing significantly more play space and an added dimension to your childrens' play.

Full instructions are included for self-assembly at home. Assembly will require 2 people and we estimate this should take approximately 3-4 hours. We also offer a nationwide installation option on this product. If you opt for our installation service you will be contacted after your order has been processed to arrange a convenient date.
